HIRING PROFESSIONAL CREW
You can choose to sail bareboat if you own a valid sailing license for the Mediterranean Sea. In case you would like to hire a skipper, Hostess or/and Cook, we will be glad to organize professionals for you. If the charter company provides a professional skipper, he is responsible for the yacht's navigation and is liable for damage caused solely by him, but not for damage caused by the charter customer and / or the crew.
- CREW (requires his/her own cabin/head ). Fees are payable on the spot. It is at the guests’ discretion whether or not they wish the crew to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be onboard for the crew otherwise the amount for their meals is Euro 30/day/person Crew gratuities are not included in the rate.
** In case of a cancelation, 0-35 days prior to embarkation, the client will be charged in full as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew. -
BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Search for a yacht that suits your preferences or send a request to us in order to help you find the best suitable yacht for you and your family/friends. In case you are interested in one of the yachts, we will be glad to hold the yacht for you for a few days until you finally decide for the booking.(there is no commitment or fee). Use those days in order to organize your trip and agree with your crew members on the commitment of booking the yacht.
- Once you have decided to proceed with the booking, we will be sending you your booking confirmation and contract. All details concerning booking details, payment details and terms & conditions shall be visible in this email.
- In order to fully confirm the yacht, you will need to send back the contract signed along with a copy of your 1st payment transaction. -
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If cancellation is announced 91 days or more prior to departure, only dossier expenses will be charged with € 200,
2. If cancellation is announced 90 to 36 days prior to departure 40% of the total charter fee (downpayment) is due.
3. If cancellation is announced 1 to 35 days prior to departure, 100% of the total charter fee is due.
4. In case Crew cancellation is announced 1 to 35 days prior to departure, 100% of the total fee will be charged. It is the Client’s responsibility to purchase adequate travel or cancellation insurance to cover themselves and/or their crew against any losses, accidents or cancellations. If the boat is re-chartered for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded. -
